Urbemar<\/strong> has over 40 years of experience managing commercial property assets, especially in the tertiary sector.<\/strong> Although we were one of the first asset management companies working in Marbella, we started out in Madrid.<\/p>\n

Thanks to our hard work, perseverance and reliability<\/strong>, we were able to consolidate our company in the property sector of the Costa del Sol in the 1970s, managing many properties in the area, including apartments, retail premises and offices, and through developing shopping centres like Centro Plaza, one of the first shopping and business centres to be developed in Marbella.<\/p>\n
